			<description>I always surprise how people made template in PS and export to use as HTML. Please tell me the tutorial how we can export it and use as HTML along with CSS. Of course i know how to export it as a picture and use but it very heavy. I want everything placed in CSS(color scheme)+ Major images. I hope you can understand my question. Please give response thanks.

To start yes, a new layer is required! Creating a new layer for everything is a good idea.

With your Rectangular Marquee Tool, make sure it is set to &quot;Shape Layers&quot;. You can check if it is or in this case not but clicking it on at the top of your screen. Then just set your foreground color to #13171a and it will auto fill with the color.
